es2™ Exhibitor Self-Service Kiosks

On-site response to exhibitor queries and requests is how a show's success is (and should be!) measured. With these sleek and simple-to-use touch screen kiosks, all exhibitors have fingertip access to Champion services: obtain empty labels, track freight, print material handling forms, shipping labels or report issues and request in-booth services.

While similar in appearance to the self-service kiosks common to airports and banks, the es2 service center was custom-built by Champion for the benefit of our clients and their exhibitors.

WeGotIt™

Our years of continual research have yielded a mountain of data from attendees, exhibitors and show managers. One of the first things we learned was that the most frequently asked question from exhibitors when contacting the call center was "Did you get the fax with my orders?"

Seizing upon this opportunity to streamline a process and improve the experience, Champion designed WeGotIt™- the automatic receipt response system that confirms order transmissions and calms exhibitor's nerves.

This simple but powerful program has dramatically reduced wait times at the call center, dramatically improving response times and exhibitor satisfaction. That's called a "win-win" at Champion.

ExpoScan™

On site, the combination of activity from show management, exhibitors and operational staff is rivaled only by small package traffic.

Champion's small package scanning system takes the wait out of package delivery, reducing the hours to minutes. In fact, the integrity and reliability of this system has led Champion to guarantee that all UPS, FedEx or other small packages will be delivered to the correct booth within 30 minutes of arriving at the show dock!

All package tracking data is loaded into Champion's proprietary software and is fully-accessible to exhibitors and shippers. No more questions, no more waiting, no more wondering – ExpoScan gets it from the truck to the dock to the booth in minutes.

"Graphics To Go"

Champion Nationwide Contractor has the resources and the technical know-how to bring all creative resources to bear – right to the show floor! Champion pioneered the concept of the on-site graphics shop, to address any unforseen and/or late required signs & graphics. A copy of your entire event's graphics file is maintained on-site, allowing us to edit any particular item regardless of the extensive requirements.
