Exhibitors who transport their exhibit material with Champion Shipping Services will be assisted by a Champion Specialist, expert in both the tradeshow and transportation fields, who knows the venue/warehouse addresses, move-in/move-out dates, and other important details, avoiding the need to deal with an outside carrier. And our representatives are available 24/7, making transportation planning seamless and convenient, and perhaps most importantly, allowing easy access during your show.
Exhibitors who schedule shipments with us prior to an event will be provided with a written quotation as well as pre-printed shipping labels/documents. These labels are also supplied to exhibitors who choose to arrange their shipments on show-site. We’ll even stop by to deliver the pre-printed labels/documents directly to the exhibitor’s booth during the show. In addition, if an exhibitor decides on show-site to transport their exhibit material with Champion Shipping Services, there is no need for them to fill out supplementary paperwork or provide us with their personal credit card - we’ll simply retrieve their company information from our database. All shipping charges are included on their Champion master invoice, making record keeping easy.
Our shipment delivery announcement, which notifies exhibitors prior to their event that their shipment has been delivered, offers the peace of mind that comes from knowing their material has reached its destination.
